Interviewing Potential
Employees:
Interview
questions are pretty standard and help you find out if the
candidate can do the job.
Try some
of these different and more unusual interview questions.
They'll help you gain more insight into how the employee
copes with a different scenario, and how they'll fit into
the culture and design of the company and job.
- If
you wrote your autobiography, what would the title be?
- If
you could have a conversation with anyone from the
present day or history, who would it be and why?
- If
you had one year with no personal or financial
obligations, what would you do?
- How
have you met and developed relationships
with co-workers, supervisors, and reporting staff when
you've started a new job?
- What
are the two most important attributes of your leadership
ability? Give me an example of how you've used these in
the workplace.
- In
what type of work environment or culture do you think
you work best?
I'm sure
you'll get some informative answers!
